Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)
Last updated: 26 June 2020
The safety and welfare of all who participate in our programs is always our top priority. As such, the National Cadet and Junior Canadian Rangers Support Group has taken very seriously the responsibility to protect cadets from any real or apparent health or safety concern. Upon careful review of a number of factors, including the potential for risk of exposure and further transmission of COVID-19, the Commander of the National Cadet and Junior Canadian Rangers Support Group has extended the cancellation all cadet activity, including all local training, from March 13, 2020 through August 31, 2020.
111 Pegasus would like to remind participants who are displaying symptoms such as cough and fever should seek medical attention and take time to recover before returning to activities, even after the cancellation period. Furthermore, cadets returning for international travel (including U.S.A) shall refrain from participating in any cadet activities for 14-days following their return. They will not be penalized for their absence, but are directed to notify their Squadron to ensure that your absence is recorded as excused.
