Communication and leadership skills are vital for a healthy personal development for all children. The Effective Speaking Program can
provide an opportunity to develop these essential skills; as to increase their self esteem, their ability to reason, organize and express ideas.
The Effective Speaking Program is a six weekly, 2-hour sessions commencing on Saturday, January 12 to February 15, 2014 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. This program will help the cadets to develop their
